Gardner-South Wilmington High School will not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education programs,activities,or employment policies as required by Title IX and Section 504 of the 1972 Education Amendments.
If any person believes that the school has in adequately applied the regulations of Title IX or Section 504or is in some way discriminatory on the basis of sex,he/she should contact the Title IX coordinator at GSW.
